The Autumn Equinox marks the turning point of the year where the light and dark stand equal. It is a special time where we can reflect on our year and set intentions as we move into the quieter and darker months
Join us at Balmalcolm Den on 23rd September for an evening of Yin Yoga, reflection and intention setting, followed by a wood-fired sauna, bonfire with homemade soup and sourdough bread.
We'll cast our written intentions into the fire together then unwind in shared, freeform space with optional cold dips and oracle card pulls.
Limited to 8 spaces.
