Mens Yoga in Cupar

A nourishing 1-hour gentle flow yoga class using movement and stillness to help slow down and build spaciousness
What happens at this event?

A 1 hour class is designed for men who want to move better, feel better, and take time to reconnect with their bodies. Through a combination of accessible movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, we’ll explore how to create more space and ease in the body, even if you’re feeling tight or restricted.

Expect to build gentle heat through steady, functional movement that targets common areas of tension, helping to gently improve flexibility and mobility over time. Adjustments and variations are always offered, making this class ideal for beginners or those returning to movement after a break.

Things to remember

Please bring a yoga mat, if you don’t have one please email Lewis.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that works for you is recommended. The room may get warm as we move, so lighter layers are recommended.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early, this will allow time to get set up and arrive for practice.

FAQ's
Do I need any yoga experience to join this class?
Not at all. This class is designed to be accessible for everyone, whether it's your first time on the mat or you're returning to a slower-paced practice.
What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga matt. You’re also welcome to bring any props that help you feel more comfortable such as a blanket, yoga blocks, or a strap. A bottle of water and a light layer (like a jumper or wrap) for the final relaxation can also be helpful.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. The studio may get warm so a layer you can take off can be handy.
Will the class be physically demanding?
The class is gentle and paced slowly. While we explore movement to build some warmth in the body, everything is done in a mindful, supportive way. You’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever needed.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Please let Lewis know before class if you have any injuries, conditions, or concerns. Most practices can be adapted, and you’ll always be supported in making the class work for you. When in doubt check with your GP.
When should I arrive for class?
Aim to arrive about 10 minutes before class starts so you can settle in, find your space, and let the day begin to drop away.
How do I get there?
You can access the studio from Saint Catherine street, across from the Mystic Dragon takeaway. There is a banner for Lynsey Donaldson Hollistic Health and Wellbeing at the top of the stairs leading to the studio at basement level. There is also ample free car parking at the nearby Fluthers car park which is only a couple of minutes walk away.
